Gallic gourmands are invited to try the authentic dishes available at this famous French outpost in Glen Waverley. The menu here summits traditional French fare with dishes including duck rillettes and duck liver parfait served with toasted sourdough; Roquefort cheese souffle; and that favourite French dish, steak-frites (steak and chips), served with bearnaise sauce or the restaurant's signature pepper sauce.
The wine list is a friendly mix of Aussie and French drops, and diners are invited to pay particular attention to a neat selection of Burgundies, which will, no doubt, provide a perfect pinot for a pork belly entree with seared scallops, or a main of twice-cooked duckling.
