This restaurant is inspired by the Italian village of Fondi and the surrounding region, the original home of the owner's family. Though a range of meaty mains, pastas and salads are served, the specialty here is pizza and the owner challenges anyone to find a more authentic variety in Melbourne. The open fire keeps the restaurant warm and cosy during the winter nights, while summer sees diners flooding the rustic alfresco area, which looks out over St Kilda Beach.
