With every new season, French executive chef Francois Morvan composes a symphony of modern Australian flavours at this musically named winery restaurant. The lunch menu begins with an enticing range of platters, from the dips plate with house-made chunky dukkah, to the plate of local game. The mains offer appropriately wine-friendly tastes, from the signature seafood trio of local marron, salmon and barramundi, to the Amelia Park lamb loin marinated in mint, rosemary and garlic, and the duck confit with preserved lemon risotto cake and herb yoghurt. On long sunny afternoons, linger over a lazy lunch on the shady deck overlooking the babbling Willyabrup Brook and the vineyards beyond. On the way out, diners can purchase a little memento of their visit from the Flutes exclusive product range.
