Flavours of India Woden

Following in the fine footsteps of its predecessors in Civic and Gunghalin, this Woden branch of Flavours of India continues to enchant diners with cuisine from across the subcontinent. You only have to look at the menu to see the familiar, like the tangy tandoori chicken or tongue-tingling beef vindaloo, in tandem with lesser-known delicacies like dal panchratan, a five-lentil vegetarian dish; and murgh vindaloo, a Goan-style boneless chicken curry in garlic, malt vinegar hot chillies and fresh herbs.

Pleasant experience
Liked this place because it looked clean and modern - also liked the fact that you can see into the kitchen.

Atmosphere is bright and the tables are well spaced - no hint of being cramped. Menu was extensive with lots of favourites. Service was fast and efficient. We were both pleased with our choices - a vegetarian and chicken dish and some excellent bread.

We were pleasantly surprised and would definately recommend others to try it. We'd go again.

Yummy Indian food
This food is pretty addictive. My boyfriend can't get enough and keeps requesting we eat here because it's so conveniently located and tasty. It's a bit expensive (but great if you have a Priveleges or Entertainment card). I love the goan prawn curry, butter chicken, lacha paratha, mango lassi, kachumber and samosas. I never have room for dessert!
