With bright red walls, burnt black furniture and a signature dish of smoked salmon salad, this cafe is totally living up to its name. Flames Cafe is a relaxed and casual venue through the day but in the evening things really heat up as the kitchen serves delicious modern Australian cuisine. Along with their popular smoked salmon salad, they also serve a tasty Moroccan spiced lamb rack on Mediterranean vegetables and couscous with a mint jus. Vegetarians don't miss out with the spinach, ricotta and pine nuts wrapped in a crepe topped with napolitana sauce and mozzarella accompanied by a delicious salad.
