To describe Fish Tank as "just a fish and chips shop" would be doing an injustice to the flatheads, gummy sharks and crabs that gave their lives for our fishy pleasure. In fact, this highly popular Brighton fish cafe is renowned for providing a wealth of fresh seafood options that go well beyond the catch of the day, incorporating everything from calamari rings to chilli prawns to Atlantic salmon fillets. If you're foregoing the aquatic offerings, you can try a chicken souvlaki, a vegie burger, and homemade dim sum and spring rolls instead.
