They call themselves "the funkiest takeaway in the universe", and with their great assortment of all things fishy, not to mention their well-loved 'vicious burgers', after one bite you might even agree. Their famous burgers are made on Turkish pide and are packed full of cheese (Jarlsberg or bocconcini), marinated eggplant, chargrilled capsicum, sundried tomatoes, olives and fresh lettuce with your choice of fish, meat or vegetable patty topped off with sweet chilli sauce. The gourmet packs are particularly yummy with a selection of salads and seafood, chicken or falafel. Most people opt for takeaway, but for the ones who want to hang around (just in case they need seconds) there is a great long couch to relax on, as well as a few tables and chairs.

Great Fish
I came here a few years ago, but I think I ordered badly and was not impressed and did not come back.
Well we have moved around the corner and it was convenient so I came here again... this time it was much improved. But the menu.. you wander in here and have such an array of choices (for a fish&chip shop) you wonder what to choose...
I ordered the Tuna Steak and chick-pea salad. Tuna Steak was rare (the way I like it), the Salad was fresh and light with only a hint of a vinaigrette. It also had Coriander... one of those things you either love or hate. I love it so it's not an issue.
In fact I enjoyed the meal so much I came back the next night to try the Salmon vicious burger. Highly recommended for anybody that likes fish.

Beyond fish and chips
The fish and chips here are amazing. That's easy. But the variety of food on the menu is above and beyond what you'd expect.
Try a vicious burger. Seriously.
