With fresh seafood cooked in healthy rice bran oil (guaranteed by cookers that monitor the oil and keep it at a constant 180 degrees) and a sleek, modern look, this is a fish shop that operates like a piece of well-oiled machinery. The menu will please purists, with nothing but good, old fashioned fish and chips and associated complements like classic, house-made potato cakes and pickled onions. The folks here know they're onto a good thing so there'll be no branching out or resorting to wacky, attention-grabbing stunts here.
