This fish joint is quite the unique offering. Not the seafood side of things, of course; the concept of fish and chips in a beachside suburb is hardly mould-breaking. But the in-house rum bar is another story.
The bar stocks a staggering range of rum, spanning the globe, from the Ron Zacapa Centenario XO Guatemala native, to the Dominican Republic's Matusalem Platino white rum, and a not-so-shabby range of rum cocktails and house infused varieties, perfect for the tropical climate.
As seafood goes, D'Vine positions itself a step above your average takeaway, offering some enticing twists on classic dishes. Get a Caesar salad with Cajun calamari, feast on the fragrant goldband snapper with Thai marinade, or opt for the tuna steak with wasabi and lentil mayonnaise for an added kick and team it with a cool mojito.
