We loved it!

Our dinner was excellent. We had an entree and a main each, so sampled 4 dishes from the menu for the night. We could not pick a fault with anything. The combination of flavours was perfect, eg my entree of fresh figs with rocket, crispy streaky bacon, gorgonzola and aged balsamic was delicious. I liked the original atmosphere of this Heritage listed ?1920s butcher shop, and the waitress was so friendly and helpful. For a night of great food cooked by someone who clearly loves the art, I thought the $92 price tag was very reasonable.

Perfect Dinner

Dinner for a friend's birthday. Greeted as we walked in, the rest of the evening perfect. Food great, service terrific and the time flew. A great night at a restaurant that I highly recommend.

Good coffee

Really enjoyed the coffee, cake and atmosphere.
Whoever thought a converted butchers could have atmosphere?

This place is so so nice. The ever-changing menu is irresistible and really quirky. Plenty of vegetarian options, it's definitely my favourite place to eat down south. Cute spot tucked away and the only bummer is that it's not open at the beginning of the week!
