Originally hailing from Rome, chefs Patrizia Fiorini and Marina Fedeli now call regional New South Wales their home, and anyone who has tasted their home-style Italian cooking is thankful they chose Orange.
In an eccentric little cottage surrounded by Black Angus cows, Patrizia and Marina serve up elegantly simple Italian fare, using the produce found in the local area. The best part about Fiorini's though is the concept of the menu. If it's not as fresh as possible then it won't be served. Simple.
