What started as a small restaurant in Adelaide has now blossomed into an Australia-wide phenomenon, with dozens of Fasta Pasta restaurants scattered across the country. The Salisbury enterprise offers the same approach, using fresh - rather than dried - pasta in all its dishes. Toppings go beyond carbonara and bolognese sauces, with choices such as the Casanova - roasted veal strips, sundried tomatoes, baby spinach, cashews, Napoli sauce and fresh cream.
