This traditional Ethiopian restaurant and coffee house is authentic down to the very last artefact sold in the shop, with a traditional looking setup and some very authentic smells wafting from the kitchen. The menu features a lot of the mild, aromatic, meat-based stews common in traditional Ethiopian cuisine - such as the Key Wot, a beef stew cooked in berbere sauce and served with flat bread - as well as plenty of tasty vegetarian dishes. The ceremony involved in serving coffee is much revered in Ethiopia, and observed here down to the last detail. A beautiful, welcoming introduction to Ethiopian cuisine and hospitality, this is a unique dining experience.
