The layout of Espresso 3121 says it all. Pulling focus from the long, communal tables and industrial-chic decor, the coffee machine takes pride of place in the cafe space and on the menu.
Lucky for the folks at 3121, they back up their espresso obsession with some of the best coffee you're likely to find in Melbourne - and that's saying something. The fare on offer is minimalist but great for pairing with coffee. Expect to see toast and spread with your morning single origin espresso and nostalgia-inducing toasties with your afternoon clover.
