Lovely greek food, atmosphere and fantastic service!!!!!
With an extensive wine list, great menu and excellent staff it was a recipe for a great night out. After christmas shopping with the girls on friday night we were lucky to get the last table at the Eros Ouzeri. The food was lovely, service was fast and friendly and we didnt have wait long for our meals considering the place full inside and out. Well done to the Eros team we will be back!!!

Service let the food down
I had lunch here today in a group of 6. If I was the Chef I would be furious that the lovely food which came out of the kitchen was completely let down by very poor service. One of the waitresses was hopeless. She took away the menus before we had ordered (and without checking) and when we ordered more food - she apparently did not pass that on so after a while (when we realised) we had to order again and wait. There were not many people there today so there was no excuse I could see for the deficient service. The coffees weren't great either: one was stone cold. I expect better for over $100 per head. I can't be bothered putting up with poor service.I won't be going back.

Fresh and delicious, we'll be back.
Recently ate with a large group and the food was superb. We had arranged a banquet and everything was really well done, choice of breads, excellent dips, grilled cheese, meats, salads. We had attentive service and the only drawback was the noise from other diners, but that's how it goes. Eros Ouzeri has, I believe, the most extensive wine list in the CBD, does anyone know of a better wine list?

Three strikes your'e out
This is the third time I've been very dissatisified with the service and second time with the food. Ridiculous delays from the kitchen. The souvlaki was cold and not a patch on what it use to be. Prawn entree good as was the octopus. Staff are run off their feet. Almost every table around me complained about the delays and this has been my experience of late. Shame. It use to be so good.

Quality Rundle Dining
A good friend and I popped into Eros for a late dinner after seeing a movie on Rundle Street. I have to say it was one of the best truly "Rundle" eating experiences I have ever had. It was a beautifully warm evening and there was nothing better than sitting outside amongst the trendy Rundle-goers (being a Wednesday it wasn't unbearably busy) and enjoying an awesome meal. I love Greek food and the arni souvlakia (lamb skewers) did not let me down. Also, the rice, which is deceptively important with a souvlaki meal, was flavoursome and good quality. My friend had the duck and was pleasantly surprised with its quality.
The meals were generously sized and we were definitely not left hungry after our meals. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially on a warm night. Grab yourself an outdoor table, relax and enjoy quality service with some outstanding food. Eros is what quality "Rundle" dining is all about!

Love new head chef Alan Hickey, but miss the beautiful smile
We've always loved the casual, communal nature of Greek food, and the elegant surrounds of Eros. The food continues to be innovative Mediterranean, especially with Tincat's former sous chef Alan Hickey at the helm.

Beautiful Greek Food
We really enjoyed our evening at Eros, remember to book ahead if you're planning to go on a busy night like Saturday night. The Restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and the interior itself is simple.
The food was superb, we had the baked cheese as a shared entree and I had the souvlaki. The meat was well done (as requested) and full of flavour; I was very impressed.
The service was very good, the staff were friendly and at the same time personal, advising to eat the cheese before it gets cold, commenting on the choice of wine etc. A beautiful experience and we'll be back there soon, no doubt.

One of the best outside eating experiences on Rundle Street. Cool, cruisey and no-fuss premises, and most importantly, sumptious, healthy food! Very fresh, and surprisingly great value! Best to get lots of plates and share. Spanakopita is to die for.
