Fantastic
What a nice surprise. Dropped in with a group of 7 after an unpleasant experience at a nearby restaurant so had no booking. The staff were very friendly & went out of there way to make room for our group & made us feel welcome from the beginning. The food was absolutley delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection & barely needed chewing it was so tender. Everyone at our table had beautiful meals. The desserts were also top notch. It was pretty full but I did not find it overly nosiy at all. Could not fault this restaurant & and already planning our next night out there.

Good local.....??
I suppose for a local restaurant it's good. The service was great and the atmosphere was good however there were a few shortcomings to some elements of the food. I'm not going to be too picky, but sometimes less is more... I really don't think you need to over do or complicate a dish..as simple as a fillet of Atlantic salmon..chilli jam, cous cous and mayonnaise, chef..what are you thinking!!! Also be careful of the sides...we ordered steamed vegetables..I was not expecting..really overcooked and lifeless..mush..come on..$9.50 for slop..get it right chef!!
My companions enjoyed their meals without too much to say...probably really hungry! Good wine selection by the bottle and priced fairly, not much to choose by the glass....shame. Admittedly the highlight has to be the desserts...excellent!! Right up there with the top notch restaurants...I know I'll go back, because it is a good local...but I will ask about the sides first and ask to have my fish plain!!

Fine Dining & Service
Great restaurant, food is exceptionally tasty and elegant at a good price. The staff are very friendly with excellent service. Great for dinner or corporate lunches.

Wow
Went to this restaurant for the first time last week. Amazing! Food quality was what you expect from a five star city restaurant.
Service was very good and attentive, atmosphere of restaurant was quite warm and cosy, however as the place filled up more it did get quite noisy!
Highly recommended.
