Like its St Kilda clientele, Entre Tapas y Vinos knows a thing or two about style. Let's start with the decor: the timber-planked front bar area establishes a sense of relaxed cool, introducing you to the main tapas and wine bar with its rustic wooden floorboards and tables under glimmering bright lights.
Next up is the food. Chef Abel Martin Burgos pays homage to both traditional and modern tapas specialties, drawing upon his experience working for the world's best-known Spanish restaurant El Bulli. On the classic side, you'll find dishes such as the salt-crusted tiger prawns and flame-grilled chorizo sausage, while on the contemporary front, expect zucchini ravioli with mushrooms and Asian-influenced tataki-style sashimi tuna loin with Romesco sauce. Add a luscious dessert and a choice wine for extra indulgence.
