Heavily overpriced and poor service.
I have been to XO twice and both times I have had difficulty with the wait staff. The food here is delicious although the portions are small and being a chinese fusion style of restaurant, the cuisine does not live up to chinese portion size. Up to $10 for 3 dumplings so if you are hungry and don't want to spend too much don't dine here. I had to flag down the wait staff in order to be served during my first dining experience at XO. On a return visit they forgot part of our order and I had to remind them to bring the rest out (this may be due to the fact the waiter didn't write the order down). I am impressed when a waiter can remember my entire order without jotting it down but when they can't, I think it better to just admit they need to pen it. After being offered a complimentary dish to try.... it also never arrived. Such a shame as the food is tasty.
