Their front window claims they have "the best Lebanese sweets in Melbourne", so who wouldn't want to try the goodies at El Fayha Sweets for themselves? This claim to fame may well be justified, depending on your opinion, but one thing's for sure: the Lebanese sweets here are completely authentic. With just a few seats for dining in, El Fayha do a roaring takeaway trade as people drop in to check out the main cabinet of baklava (including lady fingers and bird's nests galore) and other pastries.
