Set on the banks of the Maroochy River with wonderful views and cool breezes, Ebb is designed to embrace its aquatic location. The menu is innovative with a mod-Oz slant and a large emphasis on seafood. Premium produce is used to serve up dishes such as pan-fried ocean trout with asparagus, roasted beetroot, mussels and saffron butter. The dessert menu is also impressive with a favourite being the pressed toffee apple pie with mascarpone sorbet. While the idyllic setting makes this a pleasant spot for lunch or dinner, it is also a convenient space for functions and presentations, with plasma screens in the wine room, Waterlevel room and the main dining room. The wine cellar is constantly growing with an already impressive list of more than 150 (mostly Australian) wines.

Ebb Waterfront - very classy!
The best meal I have ever had out. The food was unique and of the highest quality. Mitchell treated us like we the only ones there. This is what I call 5 star dining. If I lived near by I'd be their most regular diner.
