As the name implies, this neighbourhood diner specialises in the milder, cream-based curries of northern Indian cooking as opposed to the raw fire and spice of the south. The chicken mumtaz (better known at butter chicken) is one of the specialties definitely worth ordering at least once, as is the chicken tikka, slow-roasted in the iconic clay oven from which this diner takes its name.
