Quite a good choice for lunch
The restaurant is part of the Circle on Cavill complex. We went for the lunch special, which was $12.90 on any day. We got a dim sim and spring roll for an entree, and a choice of one of four mains served with a big bowl of rice. I think it was pretty good value, and the atmosphere was quite nice. Worth a try for lunch, but I'm not sure about dinner.

Excellent!
My partner and I went to Dragonfly for dinner and thought it was fantastic. We eat out at least once a week at a different restaurant and this one was definitely a winner. We will definitely be going back. I often prefer Thai food from Asian but this meal was amazing. The chef really knows how to cook with all the right ingredients. I will be making sure I take friends and family there for a great night.

Dining with the Dragon
I had a friend from interstate with whom I was dining and decided to show him the latest development on the Gold Coast for dining out. The restaurant has a great look and the menu has always looked inviting. We ordered our food and wine, and whilst the service was polite and friendly, we had to pour our own wine, something that could have been forgiven had it been a busy night. Unfortunatley the food did not live up to the expectation created by reading the menu. Whilst nothing was offensive, the meal lacked the necessary Asian flavours to give it any real zing. Having eaten some wonderful Asian meals, I would not eat here again. However, if you don't know much about Asian food, you will probably enjoy the food prepared here.
