Named for the legendary human-powered boats still used today and overlooking one of the world's most beautiful harbours, there's a sense of serendipity about the latest restaurant to open in the Harbourside complex.
The fit-out at Dragon Boat is every bit as impressive as its namesake vessel in full flight, and the menu follows suit, too. A cheap Chinese takeaway joint this definitely is not. Expect to see decadent dishes like braised green-lip abalone and the famous sweet bird's nest soup with papaya.
