The little sister restaurant to the ever-popular Don Don, Carlton's Don Tojo serves up its small menu of under-$10 Japanese meals to hungry, bargain-loving Melbourne Uni students daily. It's also licensed, with some incredibly cheap Japanese beers on offer by the bottle, in case there was ever any question as to why it's so popular among the impoverished student-types. The industrial, cool-looking interior is the perfect spot to enjoy a bento box and a bottle of Kirin beer for next to nothing.
