The exterior of the Doma Bohemian Beer Cafe looks like it has been flown in from the heart of Europe and the food available inside has all the earthy warmth of the Czech and Slovak cultures it is inspired by. As the name suggests, they also offer a fine selection of boutique beers and will happily make recommendations to best suit your meal.

Pretty poor service but great beers
The food is good but a bit expensive in some cases - 6 deep fried mushrooms for $9.80 is pretty steep especially compared to other Czech places in the area but the huge chunks of meat with dumplings etc seem to be a fair price. The beer menu is large and the beer is tasty but the staff don't know a lager from an ale. There is also wine, absinthe cocktails and unusual spirits and liquors for the less beer inclined. The service is a bit rude and you can't get a smile out of anyone. You unfortunately get the feeling they want you to leave as soon as possible.
