DL Coffee may be a relative newcomer to the Queensland cafe scene, but its founder, Murray Connolly, is anything but wet around the ears. Before retiring to Australia, Connolly was responsible for building the Robert Harris Tea & Coffee empire in New Zealand. Noticing a gap in the market, Connolly has come out of retirement to bring all his knowledge and expertise to Queensland's latest boutique roaster.
