A new addition to Dickson's rich Asian dining scene, this place serves up freshly made, piping hot dumplings however you like them. The formula is proving a winning combination already, with many locals and not-so-locals crowding in for a taste of the dumplings handmade by the team of women visible in the kitchen. Juicy, soupy and perfectly formed, these are clearly the highlight of a visit here, though there's a full Chinese a la carte menu available too if the bite-sized pockets of goodness aren't your thing. BYO is available for beer and wine, which is a good thing because there's no better accompaniment to a meal like this than a cold beer.
