Nestled in the tranquil town of Devonport, this bistro caters to all tastes in this diverse hinterland area. Classic pub fare is the dominant force on the menu, with generously-sized steaks being paramount; however, diners after something a bit lighter will not be disappointed with what else is on offer.
The town is a unique spectacle unto itself: a melting-pot of mountain, ocean and river cultures all combining harmoniously. The bistro menu at this venue produces a similar ecology. Local produce from the area, which produces more than 40 percent of Tasmania's vegetable crops, ensures the quality of food coming out of this kitchen.
