Chef and restaurateur Annie Parmentier is very much a veteran of the Australian hospitality scene. This avid gardener, cook and conservationist has created a cafe space on the periphery of the Hobart CBD where she serves deliciously wholesome meals aimed to sate the appetites of busy locals.
Dishes on offer include a pumpkin, spinach and chorizo empanada as well as a range of curries and pies. As an added bonus, many of the vegetables used in the construction of her dishes are sourced directly from her own garden.
