The decision to put a cafe in a motorbike shop could have gone either way, but thankfully this potentially disastrous decision turned out to be utterly inspired, resulting in one of Camperdown's (and the inner west's) best cafes. Sitting shoulder to shoulder with Deus Ex Machina Motorcycles, this cafe doubles as a bit of an ode to these two-wheeled contraptions, with shiny bikes and related paraphernalia littering the space. Though many are addicted to the Di Lorenzo coffee, Deus's menu is also a major draw. The cafe fare ranges from snack-sized sweets to a meaty steak sandwich, with the house-made breads and pastries a highlight.
