This "little piece of Spain in the Hawkesbury" is the real deal, offering classic, authentic Spanish tapas such as jamon iberico, patatas bravas, and the famous delicacy, pata negra (48-month cured meat of the free range black hoofed mountain pig). Far from the usual Australianised versions of tapas we're so used to getting here, the croquetas, Manchego cheese and championess de ajo (garlic button mushrooms) should make you feel like you could in fact be in Sevilla, Madrid or Cordoba. Top it off with a red from the excellently endowed wine list and you have yourself a feast fit for a Spaniard king.
