Great all rounder
I had dinner here with one other, and we went there with limited expectations as we had not been to Deery's previously. We had a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable and attentive. The waiters seemed to be able to anticipate our every need, and despite going on the Saturday after Christmas, the restaurant was appropriately staffed which would have helped the service. Our mains were excellent, outstanding, modern and seasonal with just the right balance of ingredients and flavours. The only downside to the meal were the entrees, which were very small (barely a bite each) and pricy. The wine list was just the right mix, and had all my favourites that I like to look out for and use to judge a good restaurant by.

Dinner in the Signature Cellar Bar
I booked the Signature Cellar Bar for a work dinner. The room is fantastic and the food was great. My only complaint would be we felt a bit rushed. When you have a group booking in a room you like to be able to relax after the dinner and talk. We were informed that the room would be closing and told to go upstairs to the bar area. This was only 9.30pm.

Best steak in Brisbane
Check it out, it's great. Wine list is a bit pricey though.
