What by day appears to be a chic, minimally styled waterfront cafe catering to latte sipping yummy mummies and the well-dressed work set by night becomes an ambient fine diner with warm lighting as the glass walls get swallowed by the darkness outside.

Like the mood and aesthetic, the menu changes to reflect the restaurant's transformation abandoning sandwiches and pastries for a fine-dining romp around the globe, with such delicacies as the entree of Persian spiced soft shell crab or the mains such as slow cooked lamb shank, Andalucia style, cooked with wine, tomatoes and fresh herbs, and served with char-grilled asparagus, garlic potato crush and herb salad.
