Located in the trendy Clarion Soho Hotel, Decant is a classic mod-Oz experience oozing sophisticated style. The dining room is a sleek space, with plenty of grey-veined marble, white tablecloths and dark streamlined chairs upping the modern feel.

The food, under the guidance of chef Johnny Hung, utilises the best of South Australian produce with market fresh fish, grain-fed Clare Valley beef fillet, and rock mussels. The wine list is an exciting counterpoint to the fare on offer, with a neat mix of Old World and New World drops. It's a classy venture indeed.
