Watch the water!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal - no complaints there. Unfortunately we were slugged with a bill of over $70 for bottled water. At no point did we ask for bottled water, and yet the waiter continued to fill our glasses, unasked. Up until that point I would have gladly recommended Dear Friends to anyone, but we left feeling duped!

Fine Dining

We have been to Dear Friends several times and have never been disappointed.
From being greeted by Kelli and a pre-dinner drink by the fire to a post-dinner single malt, this is a dining experience not to be missed.
The staff are well-informed and helpful with food and wine choices and the food itself is out of this world.
We have eaten from both the a la carte and degustation menus and, while it is difficult to say which was the best dish, the degustation with accompanying wines was superb.

Fresh!

Fresh in all ways, produce, flavours and ideas. We had the degustation, it was great, every course left you wanting more but by the end of it we were comfortably full.
Our waiter looked after our every need recommending wines with each course. We chose to order by the bottle as we were impressed with the wine list. Next time I think we will try the Dego with wine, they obviously know what they are doing. I would rate Dear Friends in the Perths top 5 for Fine Dining
