Newly opened in mid-2011, Dannyboys has a lot to offer the dining set in Kelvin Grove: revitalising homemade soups and fresh gourmet sandwiches, for a start.
There's a certain sense of nostalgia to Dannyboys, a combination of old-school, home-style meals and that quintessential '50s diner vibe. However, it's counterbalanced nicely with a thoroughly modern approach to fresh produce. The bread is baked in-house and contains no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, while the fillings are prepared to order to maximise freshness and taste.
