If you think Peter Wolff sounds like a character from a children's novel, then you wouldn't be far wrong. The hottest new cafe in Hendra, from coffee guru Peter Wolff of Wolff Coffee Roasters, is part third-wave coffee house and part Willy Wonka's chocolate factory.
D & D is an enchanting mix of old and new. The old can be spotted in the classic Devonshire tea set, the old-school coffee scale and the recycled, pressed-metal walls all the way from Echuca. Expect the new stuff to include transparent furniture, siphoned single origins and a brand-new La Marzocco FB80 humming invitingly in the corner.
