Dandelion


After shrugging off the shackles of his ever-popular diner Pearl and taking a short hiatus from the scene, Geoff Lindsay is back with this ode to one of his first passions: Vietnamese food.

Provenance and quality are at the forefront of this restaurant, leading to decadent creations like a rice paper roll bar (a la Japanese sushi bar) that offers creations like sashimi tuna, soft shell crab or sesame fried frogs legs in place of the standard overcooked prawn and dry shredded pork.

It's true you wouldn't dream of paying these prices at your local Viet takeout joint, but then you'll never experience such an artistic representation of true Vietnamese cuisine anywhere else either.
