Starting life as a tiny hideaway in Collingwood, then moving to a larger premises in Corrs Lane, and now finally couched in an even larger venue at Toorak Road, Dainty Sichuan has grown into a Melbourne institution of epic proportions. Let's just say your palate may never be the same after encountering the super-spicy Szechuan specialties and the chilli-infused Chongqing hotpots and barbecues (unless you're a Dainty Sichuan old-timer, which means you've got no excuse for saying it's too spicy!).
