This award-winning restaurant in the breathtaking heritage surrounds of Customs House also offers relaxed, alfresco dining overlooking the Brisbane River and Story Bridge. The mod-Oz menu is full of fresh, seasonal produce with an emphasis on local seafood. The coral trout with kipfler potato and avocado salad, broad bean crush and tomato vinaigrette shows off the refined, classic style of head chef Didier Pollaert, though the five spice duck breast with wilted bok choi, coconut rice and Asian style slaw is hard to go past, too. The wine list is perfectly matched and offers plenty of local and imported options.
