Best Indian restaurant in Melbourne
Coming from England I have high expectations for Indian restaurants. I've found that other Indian restaurants in Melbourne are either too oily or ingredients not fresh. But Curry Vault is the best Indian restaurant in Melbourne by far. It has a great menu and extensive wine list. The service is friendly and atmosphere charming. After an enjoyable meal we asked to meet the chef who it turns out has over 30 years experience in some of the big hotels in India. I was pleasantly surprised to find this amazing restaurant tucked away in a trendy food lane in inner Melbourne.
