With restaurants in Wahroonga and Thornleigh, it appears the Curry House formula is a successful one. The premise is simple enough: use the best possible ingredients in the authentic recipes that have made Indian food a classic the world over.
The menu leans more on the North Indian side of sub-continental cuisine (think butter chicken, rogan josh and vindaloo) but it's by no means all Curry House does. There are a select few specialties, chicken madras and fish malabari to name a few, for those who prefer the southern style of cooking.
