As Melbourne's hospo industry evolves, the delineation between bar and restaurant becomes more blurred, resulting in fantastic venues like this one - neighbourhood places born of an equal mix of passion and knowledge that you can just as easily step into for a quick meal as you can a tipple. Expect the offerings of both here to be exemplary, with a selection of cheeses and charcuterie (cured meat, get it?) that matches surprisingly well to the heavyweight list of scotches behind the bar.
