With lake views, wooden panelling and leather chairs, the comfortable and elegant space of Crusoe's is designed to lull one into a placid state that's entirely appropriate for the resort setting. The menu offers a sophisticated selection of international cuisine, from the Mediterranean flavours of lamb rump with garlic mash, slow-roasted tomatoes and feta; to roasted duck with Asian greens and a burgundy star anise sauce.

Pleasant dining
Lovely setting overlooking the water. Comfy chairs. Food was excellent and well presented. Piano playing was a little loud and difficult to talk & hear conversation at times. Staff were friendly but some waiting staff were inexperienced. All up a lovely meal, night and friendly staff, just not 'polished' like some other restaurants in this price category.
