If you beat the crowds, you might just get a seat in the alfresco area out the front of this buzzing Manly restaurant on The Corso. Though Cristals has ample charm to share around inside too, exuding a neat and old-fashioned diner feel established by a 1970s-style timber wall around the fireplace and on some of the walls, and cafeteria-style chairs surrounding white-clothed tables. But you're really here for the food, right? Seafood and steak are the big hitters here, ranging from your humble fish and chips to a mighty lobster Mornay, or perhaps a big juicy steak or fully-stacked burger.
