This traditional Chinese eatery is popular for its authentic cuisine served right in the heart of Chinatown. Now that's saying something.
Aside from the usual Chinese dishes you would expect to find on the menu, this place also caters to the primal urge inside all people to eat things off skewers. Don't try to explain it, but it is (or should be) a scientific fact that meat tastes better when it's eaten off a long, sharp and preferably metal pointy object. It's something ingrained in humans through our evolution from hunters and gatherers. These guys have even got skewered toast. It's like reinventing the wheel.
