Like the host of other restaurants in the ALH Group stables, this one takes a carnivorous approach to the modern-day pub bistro.
Grazier cuts are the steak of choice and range from a classic Queensland beef rump steak right up to the big-bopper 400g American rib eye. If a side of beef isn't your cup of tea, then there are plenty of other options. Lemon pepper calamari is as fresh and summery as the Mediterranean isles from which it originates, while beer-battered barramundi is as much a mouthful to say quickly as it is to eat.
