Excellent!
Beautiful food. Entrees were big enough for a main meal! They do not skimp on any of the meal ingredients, everything is very well balanced and complemented the meal as a whole. Meals were excellent value for what you got. Best wedges I have ever had! Service was excellent. All the waiters were very helpful, friendly, well presented and down to earth. Atmosphere was excellent too, very warm and welcoming. Not too noisy, but not too quiet. Friendly and laid back enough for children to enjoy themselves as well. Open fires brought a lot of warmth, both physical and atmospheric to the room. Will definitely go back and eat there again and again.

Friendly staff, great food
I hadn't eaten at the Crafers for years but have eaten there twice in the last two weeks and the meals have been great. The first time I had 4 children with me and the 'kid's meals' were high quality also. Yesterday had such a yummy lunch I felt compelled to write this review.

Changes
Once one of my favorite places to eat, great service, and well priced quality food, served in a relaxed, almost country atmosphere. However since an apparent change in management the atmosphere has all but disappeared and the efficiency of the staff seems to have dropped. Certainly hope this will not be a permanent change, and that this once great place will bounce back to its full potential.
