Father and son team Steven and Jay Fletcher have run Coyotes Cafe since it opened in 2005, an easy-going joint serving up quick and simple meals to eat on the go or in the countrified timber and tin decor setting. Jay takes care of the cooking duties, whipping up some mighty fine burgers, sandwiches and focaccias.
