Not Quite Right...
There's something about Cosi... I just can't put my finger on it... that isn't quite right. The staff are very professional... but not warm... maybe that's it? They are somehow 'distant'. Maybe my party wasn't important enough... after all Cosi used to be a place to 'be seen'... but I think those days are gone. The food is very good, although the menu is a bit limited, and in all the times I've been there, I've never wanted to stay for desert... after the main I'm ready to go. But I do go back... Maybe it's me...
